01. Acceptance & Eligibility
Welcome to Makanan Murah (makananmurah.id). This website is owned and operated from Jl. Gajah Mada No. 67, Palembang. By utilizing our Meal kit service or placing an order for a Balanced daily menu, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and possess the legal authority to enter into this agreement.
Our service is specifically designed for residents within our delivery radius in Palembang. If you use this site from other locations, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our sole discretion if we suspect unauthorized or illegal activity.
Subscription &
Order Finalization
All Calorie-controlled set meals must be ordered and paid for at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery date. We operate on a pre-order basis to ensure ingredient freshness and culinary precision.
Delivery Window
Deliveries occur daily between 08:00 and 11:00 AM. It is your responsibility to ensure a recipient is available. If no one is present, our couriers are instructed to leave the package at the door or with building security, at which point the risk of loss or spoilage transfers to the customer.

Our Diet menu with delivery is formulated based on standardized nutritional databases. While we strive for extreme accuracy in every Healthy meal delivery, slight variations may occur due to seasonal ingredient changes or portioning.

Payments & Refunds
All prices listed on makananmurah.id are in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and represent the final cost of the including applicable taxes, unless otherwise stated.

- 02 Refunds: Since food is a perishable good, we do not offer refunds once the meal has left our facility. If you receive a damaged package, photographic evidence must be sent to [email protected] within 2 hours of receipt.
Liability
Makanan Murah serves as a meal provider. We are not a medical institution. The dietary advice and meal plans provided are for informational and convenience purposes only. You should consult a qualified healthcare professional before starting any new dietary regimen.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Makanan Murah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or the inability to use our services, or for the cost of procurement of substitute goods.
Governing Law
These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising from these terms will be settled in the District Court of Palembang.
